Following the call or email sent, the following possibilities follow:
If you simply no longer want an ordered product and want to return it:
The product is returned directly to the location where the order was prepared.
Following the call, the location where the product will be returned will be communicated.
If you have received a product other than the one ordered, please report it as soon as possible.
For products paid with the card, the refund is made to the customer's account.
For products paid for on delivery, the return can be made in 2 ways: the return of the value of the products in the IBAN account or, if you want to receive a cash refund, we are waiting for you at the location. (upon notification, you will be notified of this location).

Following the call, you will be able to choose between 2 solutions:
Return of money in maximum 5 working days, cash or bank account.
The return of the products will be made in maximum 14 days from the delivery date, for the products that are not perishable by their nature in the mentioned period.
For perishable products, the return notification must be made within a maximum of 24 hours.
